12. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 15, any such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.

16. Pre-Dispute Resolution Requirement

Before initiating arbitration or any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact CarPartDeals at admin@carpart.deals and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. You must provide a written description of the issue and allow at least thirty (30) days for resolution before pursuing any formal action.

17. Force Majeure

CarPartDeals shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, power outages, internet or hosting failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, changes to third-party retailer systems, API failures, scraping blocks, or other circumstances beyond our control.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed to best effectuate the original intent of the parties.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and CarPartDeals regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

20. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Notice

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to admin@carpart.deals. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
